Aichi Target 3 is reforming subsidies harmful to biodiversity and promotion of incentives for conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity. The guide provides practical support for national governments, regional policymakers, and other groups in making use of the findings of TEEB to support efforts to achieve the Aichi targets by 2020.
