Maria Paula joined TEEB as a Programme Management Officer. Her experience has focused mostly on managing projects on climate change, ecosystem-based adaptation, and livelihoods within the agricultural sector. Among others, she previously worked with GIZ and the OECD (Trade and Agriculture Directorate – Environment Division); and managed a USAID agricultural and livelihoods development project in Uganda. She holds a Master (cum laude) in International Development from Sciences Po, Paris and a Master in Cooperation and Development from the University of Granada, Spain.
Maria Paula has lived and worked in 8 countries across Africa, Latin America, Europe and Asia.
